We Put Our Fee on the Line.

Guarantee 01

25-Minute Board Burden

Once we've been in place for 90 days, if your designated Board Liaison spends more than an average of 25 minutes per month on association admin work between meetings over any rolling 6-month period, we'll manage your association for an additional 3 months at no management fee.*

Guarantee 02

Financials Finished

If monthly financial reports are not delivered to you by the 20th day of the month following the close of the prior period, we credit 10% of our management fee the following cycle.

Guarantee 03

Site Review & Reporting

If we do not complete a site review and provide a written report by the 5th day of the following month, we credit 10% of our management fee.

Guarantee 04

Transition Clean-Up

We will bring your books, vendor contracts, and minutes into full order within 90 days, or we continue working at no additional charge until they are.

*Excludes time spent in board meetings and any extra time board members choose to invest in passion projects or work they refuse to delegate.
