Kocal Properties ("Kocal," "we," "us," or "our") provides governance and management services to commercial property owners associations. Our office is located at 2600 E. Bidwell Street, Suite 110, Folsom, CA 95630. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through kocalproperties.com, our forms and scheduling tools, and our phone and text messaging communications.

Information We Collect

We collect information you choose to give us, such as when you book a briefing, complete a scorecard, submit a deal, or contact us. This may include:

Your name, email address, and telephone number
Your role (for example, board member, owner, or broker) and the association or property you're asking about
City and state, and any details you share about your situation
Your answers to our online scorecard and intake questions

We may also automatically collect basic technical information when you visit our website, such as browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring website, through standard cookies and analytics tools.

How We Use Your Information

To respond to your inquiries and schedule calls you request
To prepare and deliver scorecards, summaries, and proposals you request
To provide our association governance and management services to clients
To send you service-related communications and, where you've agreed, occasional educational emails (you can unsubscribe at any time)
To send text messages when you have consented to receive them (see below)
To operate, maintain, and improve our website and services

SMS / Text Messaging

When you provide your mobile telephone number and submit a form on our website, or otherwise give us permission, you consent to receive text messages from Kocal Properties. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, responses to your inquiries, and service-related updates about your association or deal.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt back in.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate our business, including with:

Service providers who help us run our website, scheduling, forms, email, phone, and texting systems, and client portal. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
The association you're involved with, when necessary to provide services you or your association have requested.
Legal and safety purposes, when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of Kocal, our clients, or others.

This sharing never includes your mobile phone number or text messaging opt-in data and consent, as described in the SMS section above.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws.

Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for business professionals and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
